Canadian Fire is a Canadian-based missions & evangelistic organization aimed at raising the role of evangelism in local churches around the world. We do this through: 1. Impacting those called to the ministry gift of evangelist. Across Canada & around the world, evangelism suffers because those called to stand in the role of evangelists who could equip the saints to do the work of the ministry are often under-resourced, misunderstood, and not as well trained as they could be. 2. Helping local churches in their outreach efforts. Here are just some of the many forms of outreach we have years of experience in: - Outreaches to at-risk children & youth - Services to the elderly in senior citizens homes - Hospital services - Prison chaplaincy - Drama productions & outreaches - Street outreaches - City wide crusades - Feeding the hungry - Education programs / soulwinning seminars - International missions teams - Lifestyle evangelism training - Outdoor services & concerts As D.L. Moody once said: "Use every available means, at every available time, to reach every available person." 3. Reaching out in Canada & internationally through missions outreaches aimed at impacting souls in regions beyond. We believe in impacting our "Jerusalem" (our own city), but also "Judea, Samaria & the ends of the earth' (Acts 1:8). In every place we go, we are called to encourage evangelists, stir up the fire in believers in local churches, and win the lost.
General Info
Led by Brad Mayer, an evangelist who has led hundreds of outreaches to thousands of people for over 25 years, along with providing extensive teaching in churches and Bible schools about the believer's call to evangelism. Brad is uniquely positioned to assist local churches in their outreach efforts. His many years as a full time local church outreach director have helped him to understand the life of the local church, and to use a wide variety of creative outreach methods to reach the diverse world we live in.Company Rating

Providing homes for those in need. The Lighthouse is a non-profit organization providing emergency shelter, as well as transitional and long term housing. The Lighthouse serves a variety of clientele including those with mental health disorders, chronic addiction, FASD,acquired brain injury, physical, intellectual and cognitive disabilities, transitioning youth and low-income seniors. Our goal is to end homelessness in Saskatoon.
