The Cancer Nutrition Consortium, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation organized in the State of Florida. We have been approved as a tax-exempt, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) by the Internal Revenue Service. Our mission is to bring together resources in health, culinary and industry to raise awareness of the issue of food, taste and nutrition related to cancer treatment in an effort to improve the quality of life of patients.
