We feature Capital Beer in as much of our cooking as we can. We bread our delicious fish fry and cheese curds in our Supper Club beer batter. Our mussels are cooked in Island Wheat. Our beer cheese soup features Capital Amber. The Capital Dark Lager is used to make our award winning barbecue sauce for our pulled pork sandwiches. We marinade our pot roast in Capital Amber beer. Making delicious food with delicious beer is what we do. On top of all this, we have a gastro pub ambiance with an excellent, hardworking staff. Stop in for a pint and say hello.
