Edgelawn Drive, Aurora, IL 60506 Open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Open one Saturday per month, 8:30am - Noon. Parking is in the church parking lot with handicapped parking available on the east side of the building. Enter via the door facing Galena Road via the handicapped ramp. Our Yorkville Office: 759 John Street, Suite C, Yorkville, Illinois 60560 Open Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00am - 4:00pm. ____________________________________________________________ ♥ Procedures performed include: 2D Echocardiogram Stress Tests [Treadmill, Stress Echo, Stress Nuclear] Carotid Doppler ABI for Peripheral Artery Disease Evaluation 24-hour Holter Monitor Pacemaker Interrogations Transesophageal Echocardiogram Cardioversion ♥ We accept patients 16 and older with any cardiovascular concerns including (but not limited to): Coronary artery disease: Prevention, Diagnosis, and Treatment Heart failure: Prevention, Diagnosis, and Treatment Arrhythmias and Palpitations: Diagnosis and Treatment Pacemaker and Defibrillator Interrogations and Optimization Carotid artery diseases: Diagnosis, Treatment, and Stroke Prevention Malignant hypertension Lipid management Other cardiovascular conditions Of note: We may accept patients ages 14 and 15.
