We like to get to know you and personally understand what you want and expect in your travel experiences, not just for this trip, but for the duration of our mutual, long-lasting professional relationship. § Assessment & Research – Our purpose is to design and complete your ideal travel experience, so your Travel Advisor will review the information collected in our consultation and research myriad options to narrow the field and find the right match, so that your completed vacation is everything you want and expect, and hopefully more. § Vetting of Service Providers – Your vacation consists of many pieces that may be provided by various suppliers, such as airlines, transportation companies, hotels & resorts, and more. Working with your Columbus Travel Advisor, you can rest easy in the knowledge that all suppliers have been properly vetted and we have direct contacts to assure the highest quality and reliability. § Knowledge Training and Experience – As Professional Travel Advisors, we work consistently to maintain up-to-date information that will affect your travel experience. We continually invest time and expense to personally experience the destinations, resorts, cruise lines, and other services that we represent, assuring that our information and knowledge is current and reliable. As a team, we consult internally to fully leverage all of our experience and apply it to the advantage of your travel experience. As our client, our entire collective knowledge base is applied to your travel plan. § Recommendation - Having thoroughly researched and analyzed the options, your Professional Travel Advisor will apply knowledge, experience and expertise to design and select your vacation, and make the right recommendation for your ideal travel experience. § Discussion, Review - To ensure your total satisfaction, we will discuss our presentation, answer your questions, address special needs and make adjustments as required or desired. § Collaboration – When you have specific requests, other recommendations or changing needs, we will work together with you to ensure your total satisfaction. § Reservations - Upon agreement, your reservations are secured and confirmed. You will receive an itemized itinerary and invoice reflecting trip details and payment details. We will follow through on subsequent payments to remind you of important payment deadlines and apply your payments accordingly. We will you keep you apprised of important developments and key deadlines. § Guidance & Representation - Once confirmed and prior to your departure, we will represent your interests, and arrange specific preferences such as seating, dining, and custom options as available. We will advise you concerning citizenship, health and other special concerns and guide you regarding special concerns. § Provider Relations – As an established and reputable local travel agency, our relationships and contacts span the globe, including all levels of management throughout our supplier network. We keep in touch with these key personnel and call on them in favor of our clients to ensure a warm and gracious welcome and extraordinary experience.   § Added Value - Through our exclusive partnerships, we provide enhanced services and exclusive amenities with real quantifiable value such a daily breakfast at partner hotels to hotel/resort credits and more. We will contact resort and tour managers and ensure that your travel experience is valued as highly by our partners as it is by us. § Documentation & Materials - We will receive and process your travel documents, checking for accuracy and quality assurance. We will review your travel materials with you to be sure that you are fully informed and advised. § Support – Your Professional Travel Advisor will remain available for your needs, questions and concerns up to your departure and even throughout and after your travel. § After Care – Upon your return, we will contact you to welcome you home and receive your comments and feedback. § Client Relationships – Our clients are of the greatest importance to each of us, and as such, you remain in the forefront of all we do. As an established client with a dedicated Travel Advisor, your Travel Advisor will keep you in mind and look out for items that may be of interest to you and may affect your future travel plans and desires. Your Travel Advisor will also maintain a client profile with personal information such as personal preferences, loyalty programs and travel history and ensure application toward all of your travel purchases. § Publications – Throughout the year, we will keep you informed of travel news, trends, special offers, and matters of travel interest through our various mailed publications and emails.
