Description
My passion in alternative health began after seeing a naturopathic doctor for some typical teenage complaints, and experiencing some amazing results. This discovery, on how one can heal the body more naturally, led me to study herbal medicine at Dominion Herbal College. In those early years I worked at Woodlands and Escents Aromatherapy. Life took a different direction for awhile, starting a family and moving to Whistler. While in Whistler, I trained and became certificated in Spa and Relaxation Massage. In 2009-2010 to continue my path in alternative medicine I enrolled at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) I applied my skills and knowledge for two plus years, while employed at Gaia Garden Herbal Dispensary. I worked under the great Master Herbalist, Bob McCandless.

I am offering nutrition consultations: $75/initial visit. $40 follow up visits The client will leave with a healthy eating plan, recipes and/or supplement suggestions to support their healing or lifestyle changes. Along with whole, clean, organic (when possible), foods, I work with herbs/tinctures, essential oils and other recommended supplements.
