Catrina’s Kitchen, formally known as Dinner Is Done, was established in 1999. Dinner is Done catered to patrons who wanted homestyle cooking with an atmosphere to match. In 2007 Catrina added a banquet hall next door to the restaurant, taking her catering business to the next level! Increasingly, Catrina began to receive requests for her breading and spices. Because of these requests, she decided to package and sell her breading seasoning and spices. In 2010, Catrina went into renal (kidney) failure. Due to her health, the business was closed in 2011. In an effort to continue Catrina’s legacy, her daughter Corenza Townsend and sister, Lesia Hill-Driver decided keep things going with Catrina as an active consultant.
