CC Fitness outdoor fitness classes located on the park area on Derby Road Wesham. All classes are organised and ran by Mr Daniel Cane who is a fully qualified and fully insured Personal Trainer and recently ex Military Physical Training Instructor with over four years experience in delivering fitness to a large variety of persons ranging from one to one fitness to groups of up to 40 persons. CC Fitness will be delivering outdoor group fitness classes using music and a large variety of equipment. Classes will include: .A wide range of circuit classes. .Boxercise Classes .Interval Training All above classes will include equipment.
