Coco Greens Vegan Cafe and Spa (formerly Center of Symmetry) is Nashville's Premier Holistic Health Spa and Market. We are located in a home built in the early 1900's, housing over 3,000 square feet of inspiring retail space that focuses on organic and locally produced products. Our health spa services include Massage and Bodywork , Colonics, Meditation, Coaching, Chiropractic, Water Store. Our cafe includes an organic juice and smoothie bar; vegan and gluten free dishes made in-house and raw-vegan desserts! Our retail section includes Vegan and Gluten Free Foods, Books, Herbs, Crystals and Stones, Essential and Perfume Oils, Organic Bodycare and More!
