The Space Modern 3 bedroom detached cottage located in grounds of historic Albury home. Secure and separate self contained accomodation with gated entrance. Front and back private access. Sleeps up to 7 persons max with one single fold out bed available if needed. Freshly painted bedrooms/living and kitchen area. A welcome bottle of wine on arrival. Complimentary tea/coffee and milk. Comprises fully equipped kitchen, living area including flatscreen TV with Foxtel, DVD player and i-pod docking station. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a king single bed and a single bed. If needed, a single trundle bed suitable for young adult/child is available for a 7th guest. (Extra charge for 7th guest - $25 per night). Ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms. Hair dryer supplied. Fully functional laundry. Secure under cover parking for 3 cars. All the comforts of home – linen and towels provided. Exclusive use of tennis court.Games room with full size snooker table, dart board, bar, games and more. Equipment provided. Private deck area with BBQ in quiet neighbourhood. Just minutes walk to CBD, restaurants, cafes and clubs. 1 house trained dog welcome. Guest Access Tennis Court and BBQ area. Sauna with separate shower and w/c. Games room with full size snooker table and dart board. Extremely secure undercover car parking on the property for 3 cars/trailers. Interaction with Guests Owners available if needed, living on site within the one acre grounds of the property in the main home and looking after the garden. We do, however respect your privacy so will leave you in peace unless you have a request. The Neighbourhood We live in the middle of Albury in a beautiful tree lined street. Ideal walking location for all Central Albury venues. Supermarkets, 2 shopping centres and the cinema are all within easy walking distance along with restaurants and takeaway food outlets. Ideally situated for all local sporting venues. Walks and bike paths are very close to the home plus The Murray River with various water activities. Short drive to snow fields. Getting Around The property is within Central Albury with cafes, pubs, clubs and eateries close by. Approximately 30 minutes to popular wineries. Close to Albury Airport and Train Station. The Hume Weir is a 15 minute drive and offers water sports/boating/swimming/picnic areas and is set with a backdrop of hills. Other Things to Note We have 2 small friendly dogs who have free rein in the garden. However they are not allowed in the cottage or on the tennis court. If you bring your pet, it is allowed in the cottage if it is house trained. However the beds and sofa's are strictly for humans. We ask that small children are kept under supervision at all times. Baby equipment such as cots and high chairs are not provided. Smoking allowed outside on deck area.
