CFCU Social Media Public Use Policy
Centris Federal Credit Union loves to hear from our members. We welcome comments, questions, and concerns through our social media sites. If you disagree with the content, we’d like to hear from you, but ask that you refrain from personal attacks or being disrespectful of others. Malicious intent and/or participation not in the spirit of civil conversation will be excluded.
CFCU reserves the right to remove any postings including but not limited to:
Spam: Comments related to selling a product or service or posted to drive traffic to a website for personal, political, or monetary gain will be removed.
Illegalities: Posts that violate federal, state, and local laws that govern use of copyrights, trademarks, harassment, and defamation, etc., will be removed.
Offensive Language: Our social media sites are “family friendly” and comments that include offensive or inappropriate language, or considered by CFCU to be rude and offensive, will be removed.
Personal Attacks: Malicious attacks or language intended to defame any person(s) or entity is not permitted.
Posts from Individuals Under the Age of 13: Cannot be accepted.
Private or Confidential Information: Any reference to personal account information will be removed. Please use our secure channels for member service related issues.
CFCU also has the right to block access to any one or group from commenting, or from any of our social media platforms including (but not limited to): Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
