Ideally, it's not best to drink alcohol on a day you'd like to workout, but we're not all Olympic athletes - that said, wait at least 2 hours after your last drink before you even think of stepping into a gym. This is also assuming you haven't been drinking copious amounts. Max 2 drinks.
