I have officially started my Online Personal Training Program for those who have requested it! I am ecstatic about honoring that request and for those in the future that I can help. The key benefits of doing this is keeping you accountable for yor health and fitness goals and my availability to you. By doing this you will receive: 1- customized meal plan to follow that are ideal for helping you reach your goals. 2- a home or gym workout prescription. 3- a diet log for writing down your caloric expenditures or consumptions or you can download "myfitnesspal" app where I can see your progress. 4- weighins will be weekly (God is the only judge here lol). I created this page specifically for all the people that want to participate from afar or near. I believe this will benefit those who do not want to pay the high cost of a trainer at the average rate of $70 per session in the gym, but who just want a "plan of action" when they goto the gym or who want to or can only workout in their home right now. The magic number I am now seeking is 20-40 new participants who are truly wanting to go on this journey with me to change their lives, their moods, their body composition and their minds!
