INTRODUCTION 1.1 This document sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to participation in the COMPETITION (“Contest”) via charlottetilbury.com (the “Website”). 1.2 The Promoters are Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd, (“Charlotte Tilbury Beauty”) a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, Kent County, whose registered office is c/o National Registered Agents, Inc., 160 Greentree Drive, Suite 101, Dover, DE 19904. Charlotte Tilbury Beauty reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these Terms on the Website. 1.3 By entering this Contest all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms. 2. PARTICIPATION 2.1 To participate in the Contest entrants must be aged 18 or over.. 2.2 To take part in the contest, entrants must sign up via the competition landing page (http://www.charlottetilbury.com/uk/scent-of-a-dream-perfume-competition), leaving entrant’s full name, email address and Country as stated on the landing page. 2.3 Entrants to the contest will be added to the Charlotte Tilbury email newsletter database as they are automatically opted in on the competition landing page, with the exception of entrants in Canada, where opting-in is not compulsory. 2.4 No purchase of any Charlotte Tilbury product is necessary to enter the Contest. 2.5 Charlotte Tilbury Beauty does not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or fraudulent entries. 2.6 Employees of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty or any related companies, and their family members, are not permitted to enter the Competition. 2.7 The competition will run from August 8th 2016 and will close at midnight on August 14th 2016. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible. 2.8 There will be a total of 7 Winners. 2.9 The Winners will be selected by Charlotte Tilbury. 3. PRIZE 3.1 The 7 winners will each win a 50ml bottle of Scent Of A Dream (1 per person) plus the Legendary Muse Luxury Palette. 3.2 The Winners will be notified via email no later than the 26th August 2016. 3.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 3.4 In the event that contact cannot be made with a Winner after 3 attempts of emailing, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty shall select another winner. 3.5 There is no cash alternative and Charlotte Tilbury Beauty reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. 3.6 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 4. GENERAL 4.1 Charlotte Tilbury Beauty’s decision is final and no correspondence on any matter concerning the Contest will be entered into. 4.2 Charlotte Tilbury Beauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Contest or to extend any closing date. 4.3 These Terms are governed by UK law. 5. PRIVACY 5.1 As a result of an entrant’s participation in the Contest Charlotte Tilbury Beauty will collect certain personal data relating to entrants. We will process the information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By entering the Contest you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is truthful and accurate. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 6.1 The entrant grants to Charlotte Tilbury Beauty a transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the materials included on their profiles and to participate in such reasonable promotional activities as the Promoter may request.
