Description
CADS was founded in 1952 by Dr.'s Virgil Marshal and Lewis Brown, two of only 4-5 dentists in town to facilitate the opportunity for local dentists to meet, get to know each other and to network. After graduating in 1950 from a class of 50, Dr. Marshal saw the need for such an idea and the member numbers quickly grew. Meetings were held for years at an "old hotel on W. Main across from the tracks" as Dr. Marshal describes, "Oh, those were the days!".
