My fascination for health and human movement, empowered me to pursue my education and career in Kinesiology. I have many years of experience working with body mechanics and human performance. In 2009, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from York University. I have been a member of the Ontario Kinesiology association since my graduation as well as the College of Kinesiologist of Ontario since 2014. I offer Kinesiology services in the comfort of your home or in a private gym facility. I work with individuals who are seeking to become more active and improve their quality of life. I use a combination of exercise and manual therapy to achieve optimal benefits. My specialization includes: injury rehabilitation, posture correction, muscle strength and conditioning, improving mobility, balance, and joint range of motion, core strength and stability, fall prevention and chronic movement disorders. Free Initial 1 Hr. Consultation: Each client will receive a free 1 hr. initial consultation to discuss their goals and objectives. For your safety, I will conduct a detailed assessment comprised of a health history, postural analysis, and gentle musculoskeletal tests to check your joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and strength. After the assessment we will discuss your findings and treatment options. Treatment will be customized to your goals and objectives. Treatment and follow up sessions: Treatment will involve a combination of exercise and manual therapy, education, and home program (1-2 exercises). Follow up sessions will be 60 minutes in duration. The number of follow up sessions will be discussed after the assessment. Take charge of your health and wellness.
