Darren has trained for 22 years in high standard a la carte cuisine, in a number of high end hotels and fine cuisine restaurants, from the Devonshire coast to the Shropshire boarders and everywhere in between. He would now like to bring this experience to your home. Darren can provide all standards of catering from an intimate sit down dinner for two to an a la carte 5 course dinner for 20, even a fully dressed buffet all in the privacy of your own kitchen. Darren also enjoys passing on his vast knowledge and will teach you how to create your own special dinner party, or how to cook simple dishes.
