Chester Cathedral Falconry and Nature Gardens is a new family attraction in the city centre. Prepare to be amazed as our cathedral falconers put their magnificent birds of prey through their paces in the spectacular surroundings of the cathedral gardens. Daily flying displays including falcons, kestrels, eagles, owls and a vulture (weather dependent) Explore natural habitats in our nature gardens and learn about making your own garden a wildlife paradise Book a falconry experience for an up close and personal encounter Snack bar Picnic area Toilets and baby changing Disabled access to all areas Your visit Opening times: Monday – Sunday 10.00am – 5.00pm Open all year round except Christmas Day and Boxing Day Tickets: The site entrance fee entitles you to explore the centre and the nature gardens, visit the birds of prey and watch one of our daily outdoor flying displays. Adults: £3.00 Children: £2.50 Family ticket (two adults and up to three children): £10.00 Group bookings: We can accommodate group bookings. School visits: Inspirational and creative, our school visits can be specifically tailored to meet the needs of class teachers. Activities can take place at the cathedral or at school and include free-flying displays, nature talks and bird handling.
