Description

Chesterfield Montessori School offers an authentic Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) recognized program for toddlers through adolescents. Students learn in peaceful, mixed-age classrooms equipped with the full range of hands-on Montessori materials, which interconnect all disciplines and provide stimulating challenges that meet the cognitive, emotional, and social needs of each child. Recognized as one of the finest Montessori schools in the country, students come from many countries and diverse backgrounds. The five-acre campus encompasses an architectural award-winning building, playgrounds, swimming pool, tennis courts, and children's garden. Additionally, Chesterfield Montessori is exploring the possibility of opening a land-based campus for its adolescent program, allowing students to further their experiential learning in a natural setting. CMS is accredited by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) and the Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS). CMS is also a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) and the Independent Schools of St. Louis (ISSL).
