Chiba Islamic Cultural Center (CICC) is a non-profit organization registered under Chiba Prefecture regulation No. 0400-05-005986, as community organization that supports and manages annual Islamic events and cultural activities in Chiba. CICC was established by a group of Muslim students from Chiba University together with Dr. Saeed Akhtar on March 2011.
