My name is Dr. Scott Hoye. I provide integrative psychology services to help people better manage their lives. I see patients in the Chicagoland area.

Description

I work with the whole person, considering cultural and individual differences. My approach is based in relational dynamics, but incorporates other modalities (i.e., cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mind/body modalities) when necessary. I also offer psychological and cognitive assessment for all age groups, and pre-bariatric surgery assessment. I have experience in private practice, children's psychiatric hospitals, and psychiatric wards of general hospitals, and rehabilitation. The majority of my supervised training has been with co-occurring addiction treatment with serious mental illness. In addition, I have been helping people with clinical hypnosis for over a decade. I provide psychological services to individuals, families, and couples. This includes therapy, psychological testing, hypnosis, and biofeedback. In addition to psychotherapy, I use behavioral management for weight issues, smoking cessation, anger management, and pain management. I work with adults, children, adolescents, and seniors, and diverse populations (ethnic, gender/sexuality, etc.).
