Chicago Synthesizer Repair and Restoration is a boutique repair shop that specializes in the repair and restoration of synthesizers and drum machines from the 70's and 80's. We have performed literally thousands of repairs on the dominant brands of the era. We have experience with Moog, ARP, Sequential Circuits "SCI," Korg, Yamaha, Roland, E-mu, Aries, Buchla, RSF Kobol, Jen, Elka, Crumar, EML, C.A.T., Oberheim, PPG, etc. We are very comfortable working in the digital domain with Z80 processors and and solving logic issues in the discrete domain. We have worked on lots of studio equipment based on the Z80. We have worked on AMS, Lexicon, Klark Technik, etc.
