Choices Nursing and Care is a friendly and flexible agency that aims to provide care and support for people to achieve independent living within the comfort of their own home and community. We provide our services in the user’s home at times convenient to them, be it short term or long term care that is required. Domiciliary care can often be a cost effective way of providing personal and dignified care in your own home rather than using a care home. Our aim is to provide quality care to the end user and central to this is our belief that the rights of the service user to a dignified and professional service are paramount. We also provide Specialist Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers into nursing and care homes across the UK. Choices Nursing and Care Ltd provides care to Adults which fall into the following areas of care: Frail, Dementia, Mental Health, Sensory difficulties, learning disabilities, terminal illness or physical disabilities along with respite care and many others. Arrangements will be made for the care manager to meet with the service user and if required their care worker prior to the commencement of the service in order to carry out an assessment of the care required and ensure it is suitable for the service user.
