As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Lic. #MFC53750), I provide psychotherapy for children, adults, couples, and families. Many say that I have a knack at understanding people and helping them feel understood. As a first generation Filipina, one hope that I have is to guide individuals overcome the cultural stigma on mental health within minority groups.
