台湾ではお粥を朝食に食べる文化があります。 その理由は禅宗の「粥有十利（しゅうゆうじゅうり）」が理由です。文字通りお粥には10の利点があるという意味です。 最近は日本でも美容やダイエットの効果が高いということでお粥が注目されています。City Oasisでは、朝7時半からの営業でお粥を提供しています。朝からお粥を食べることで身体を芯から温めます。 何よりOasisのお粥は美味しいんです！ 日本では風邪をひいたときにお母さんが作ってくれるのがお粥ですよね。なので美味しいというよりも味気ない食事と思われている方が多いかもしれません。そういう方にこそOasisのお粥を食べていただきたいです。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー Taiwan and China are accustomed to having rice porridge in the morning. Most people think that porridge is just rice watered down, but City Oasis begs to differ. We provide both healthy and delicious porridge all day.
