Dr. Carrie Jose is a licensed physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor with over 12 years experience. Carrie worked for many years in busy outpatient clinics where productivity requirements and insurance companies ruled the day. She grew tired of her inability to provide high-quality care that she knew her patients deserved. CJPT and Wellness was born out of a vision to work with clients in a rule-free, constraint-free environment - where she could develop long-lasting relationships with her clients and meet their needs for wellness in the most authentic and complete way possible. Carrie is an now a private and out-of-network provider that contracts directly with her clients, and not a third-party insurance company, to provide high-value treatment and wellness services that you won't get in a traditional clinic, and that will get you back to living your life the way you want to much faster and with lasting results. A note from Carrie: My mission is to guide and support you through a transformative physical journey that leads you toward the state of wellness and fitness that YOU choose and desire. As a dancer, Pilates instructor and expert in my field of physical therapy, I use my skillful hands, very observant eye and intuitive sense to arm you with key knowledge and tailored-to-you tools that will leave you feeling empowered and confident to manage your own body, make lasting changes in your health, and quickly get back to the activities you love.
