Putting the feelers out to see if it would be worth running a bootcamp in Scone? There doesn't seem to be any kind of group training in the village at the moment and thought it would be a good way for everyone to get away from the TV during the summer months? Unbelievable effort from my client Emma Urquhart this morning who ended up pushing 200kg on the leg press for 2 sets of 8 reps. Emma has only been training in the gym for two weeks so I was super impressed when we were able to keep adding more and more weight. Awesome job Urquhart! 400kg in a fortnight I think... 😎
* BOOT CAMP STARTING 15th JUNE WOOHOO * EXCITING NEWS - I had such a great response from my recent post about starting boot camp in Scone and we now have an official start date! Sessions will be running from Scone park, opposite RDM school every Wednesday evening 18:15 - 19:15. I am also considering running a session on a Monday evening at the same time if there is enough interest for two classes a week. Classes are £4 and spaces are limited so be quick to book and don't miss out! Suitable for all fitness levels - come along and work hard, have a laugh (and hopefully catch a tan!) We'll meet at the entrance opposite the Spar and be sure to wear trainers and old clothes as this AMAZING weather may not last so you could go home muddy... :D Please like and SHARE this post to get the word out and comment below or send me a message to book your space now :D
Group session on the octagon this morning with Emma and Marc. Amazing effort from both - Emma making progress every session and Marc getting shocked into his Monday morning! Proves the importance of changing your training up regularly to ensure you are always improving your strength and stamina. * BOOT CAMP TONIGHT * Just had a look outside and it's looking like the perfect weather for boot camp 😜 Don't let the weather put you off! A bit of rain and mud won't hurt you and you'll have so much fun you won't even notice it 😃 We do have a full class tonight so please let me know if you can't make it. 💫CLIENT PROGRESS 💫 After a month of hard work in the gym and plenty of prep in the kitchen, my fantastic, dedicated and machine of a client Emma has lost an incredible 4kg as well as a whopping 3 inches from her waist and hips! She's also gained 3% muscle and her body fat has plummeted (so we're double checking that result next week 🙏🏼) Here's what Emma had to say... "I feel amazing! I've never been this motivated before and it's all thanks to Claire. Every workout is different but she keeps them exciting and pushes me to my limit every time. I can't believe how much food I'm actually eating and still getting great results! I'm only one month in but I'll never go back!" This shows exactly what you can achieve with the right guidance and support as well as a good dose of determination! Keep smashing those targets Emma, amazing results!💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
"Cannae beat a good boot camp!" - Client Swap the gym for fresh air and the tele for the outdoors this Wednesday from 18:15 - 19:15 and come along to boot camp in Scone park! Mix up your workout routine, make new friends, work hard and most importantly, have a laugh! Gym classes are a fantastic workout but the fun of boot camp is the unknown.... Nobody knows what to expect week to week but everyone's in it together and improving their fitness every session!
