Description

Having always been a keen sports enthusiast from competing in running to team participation and more latterly, boxing, i have concluded that our muscles need regular massage maintenance to encourage rest and repair in the interim and as a preventative towards incurring injuries. Although massage therapy is often seen as a luxury, i feel that if we are to facilitate our bodies in reaching their maximum in whatever sport we take part in, we need to look at ourselves holistically; starting with diet and nutrition to muscle repair and preparation pre and post sport. After all our bodies are our 'temples' so we need to nurture them.....
