Clientcore is the document sign-up service that takes the hassle out of signing up new clients for the legal and financial sector. Established in 2012 by experienced personal injury claims specialists, Clientcore offers both in person and online sign-ups for any documentation that the professional industries may require from their potential clients. Why use Clientcore? Specialisation is the key to any business and we're signup specialists. Professional industries no longer need to waste time recovering client documentation and handling significant quantities of initial documentation. With an in person sign-up, Clientcore will get in touch with your new client straight away and arrange a convenient time to meet and go through paperwork with the client, verifying the client's identification and ensuring that they're fully informed about the entire process. When will we receive our documentation? Because of our fantastic internal infrastructure, as soon as we have visited your client you will receive everything that you have requested via email, signed by the client and ID verified. We'll also send hard copies of the documentation (if requested) that same day, first class. If you've chosen for the client to signup online (with no home visit), you'll be alerted the moment that they have completed the documentation. Before then, you are able to track their progress in your administration area. What areas does Clientcore cover? Clientcore also offers online signups for those new clients that you feel will be able to complete documentation in their browser, this means that Clientcore can help you register new clients anywhere on the planet. Because Clientcore uses only fully trained staff and not subcontractors, we can currently only offer in person sign-ups to clients located within the DL and TS postcodes. We're always expanding however and so in the coming months we'll be offering in person sign-ups to the entire of the North of England. For more information on when we're coming to your area, please contact us. How much does it cost? We offer in person sign-ups at a rate of £49 per client. Online signups could cost you as little as £0.79 per client, depending on the package you choose and the number of clients per month that you sign up.
