Clifton Hill Sports Centre is a Dry side facility which offers a multi-purpose sports hall thats available for Badminton, Football, Basketball, Netball,and Volleyball booking to both members and non-members. 40 station ‘Expressions’ fitness gym with Precor cardio equipement and TechnoGym weight machines.The cardio equipement includes treadmills, bikes, x-trainers and concept2 rowers.The weights machines includes a chest press, leg press, latpull downand cable crossover. Goup fitness classes also run at the centre with over 35 classes per week, these range from Lbts, Circuits, Pilates and Yoga to name just a few,We also have a range of popular Les mills classes from BODY COMBAT,BODY PUMP, BODY ATTACK AND BODY BALANCE.
