I am a father of 2 boys who played competitive lacrosse for many years. After retirment I started getting lazy and out of shape. Until I found Beach body and shakeology. There is work outs for all different abilities and after trying it out and seeing what a difference it made for me I wanted to help bring these amazing products to others and help others feel as good as I do.
