The Cockermouth Triathlon is a perfect event for both the beginner and the seasoned competitor. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the western Lake District the event has been a highlight on the local triathlon calendar for over 20 years. For the 2016 event all competitors must be over 15 years of age on 31.12.16 Please note: Age Groups are determined by the age of the entrant as of 31 December 2016. Youth entrants may take part, provided they have turned 15 by 31 December 2016. Any entrant under the age of 18 when completing the entry form must have an accompanying parental consent form completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian. This document can be obtained from the centre upon request.
