Run and owned by me, Chris O'Hara. As i am just starting to get "known" this facebook page doesn't have much interaction available unfortunately. I am actually starting up my business early 2012 so more features will becme available in due time. This is going to be a personal training business in which is specialised with 'hardcore' and 'extreme' people who are very keen to work hard. However I will also work with anybody, shape, size, fitness levels and motivation levels are not an issue. My main aim is to help people reach their goals, and give them a better sense of health and wellbeing. I hope to see you all soon, and better yet, train some of you.
