De Santiago & Sons Incorporated will operate under the name "ColdSolutions," which will serve the coastal bend area of Texas in heating, venting, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration. Our company specializes in commercial and industrial servicing, and installation. In addition, ColdSolutions offers these maintenance to residential properties as well. The goal of ColdSolutions is not a one time business transaction, but to build a working relationship, providing quality service and solutions at reasonable prices. All ColdSolutions technicians are trained and educated in their field of expertise, ensuring integrity in all of the work and legal agreements our company engages in. De Santiago & Sons inc. is founded by Frederick De Santiago, and run out of the Corpus Christi and Houston Municipal areas. Corporate headquarters are planned to be established in Corpus Christi with a satellite location other than the permanent office, in Houston & Dallas operating under chapter 75.71(f) of the 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 75. ColdSolutions serves the most air-conditioned and refrigerated area in the world, at your beck and call.
