The College of Health & Human Services is committed to world-class academic and professional programs, breakthrough research and life-changing community service, through interdependent collaboration of its professional schools: School of Exercise & Nutritional Sciences School of Nursing School of Social Work Graduate School of Public Health School of Speech, Language, & Hearing Sciences The college programs are designed to: * Assist students in becoming caring professionals through education and leadership training * Increase understanding of diverse populations and life circumstances, both within our borders and internationally. * Educate non-majors in the university about the identification, intervention and prevention of health and human/social problems by offering General Education courses. * Provide avenues for life-long learning by the dissemination of new knowledge and technology that emanates from research and that has the power to influence practice.
