Colliers has hired Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley both as senior vice presidents to lead this division. Richards and Lesley have extensive industry knowledge and experience with commercial real estate, including all investment and high-profile owner-user disciplines: office, medical office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mobile home communities. Prior to joining Colliers International, the duo successfully established New Growth Commercial Real Estate Company, an innovative, boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm. As part of New Growth, Richards and Lesley flourished, closing more than $560 million in transaction volume, which makes both a perfect fit for leading the new Las Vegas Investment Services Division. “We are excited to bring our collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit to Colliers International,” Richards said. “The high-profile clients we enjoy working with on transactions deserve the sophisticated platform Colliers International – Las Vegas provides.
