Description
Weight Loss Program: Initial New Patient/ New Weight appointment $100- This appointment offers 30 minute counseling and handouts on diet, nutrition and exercise. RX will be called in to pharmacy of choice. Every month after initial visit patient can come in at any time without scheduling an appointment during normal business hours for a weight recheck. Weight rechecks are $50. Insurance does not cover weight program appointments however some insurances will cover RX. Our office can only except cash or checks at this time.
