My name is Hannah Butler. I am a wife, mother and full time employee. At the age of 24, I was overweight and exhausted after having two children and trying to manage my everyday life. I began researching different ways to help loose weight and feel comfortable in my own skin again. So, I stumbled across cross-fit. After my first workout, I joined the gym. I was going at least 5 times a week for 6 months. After a while, I felt like if I did not push my body to the maximum every workout, I would not get results. I was leaving my house (children) for 2 hours and paying a crazy amount for a workout I could do at home - with my kids ;) Beachbody/Shakeology allows me to gain all the same benifits without leaving my house. I am still able to gain muscle, maintain my weight loss, and cook healthy meals. I am grateful to have found a program that I enjoy and love doing every day.

You know you have made a good dinner when you think to yourself, "is this takeout??" My daughter, Page insisted I used the collard greens she cut off the plant today. So, I had to make something up! I recently discovered this amazing coconut oil that smells and tastes like coconut. I know what you're thinking... "Where have you been?!" Right?? This stuff has the perfect mix of greens, wild rice, and coconut chicken flavor!
Headed to the farmers markets this morning! Thought my socks would be appropriate 😂 French fries are my weakness! Since changing my family's diet, we will not see these for a long time! Thankfully, after taking sugar and gluten out of my daughters diet, she has been able to sleep through the night (normally woke up 2-3 times a night) and her energy level isn't as extreme. Looking forward to see all the fresh veggies this morning!
Would you believe me if I told you these are carrots?? I am constantly looking for new things to help my girls eat more veggies. My daughters think these are fries and ate almost the entire pan! This made me giggle at first.. Then I thought, I am my BIGGEST critic. Working out everyday and choosing whole foods for myself has brought me so much joy! I look in the mirror and love what I see! I chose this lifestyle to help reach my goals instead of wishing something would change. Stay true to yourself. Know your worth and set your goals. You can achieve greatness!
Woke up and hit the ground running to get to a birthday party! Filled my belly with Chuck E Cheese pizza and birthday cake 🎉😍! Pushed this workout to the max. 🙌🏽👙 Making sure my form is right is the most important thing while working out. Listen to Autumn during these workouts. Check yourself to make sure your form is on point so you don't injure yourself!
Much needed date night with this man! Grateful for my husband and all the sacrifices he makes for this family. Him traveling has been a challenge.. So nice to spend a few hours to laugh, make silly faces and compete at a few games of darts 😘 No workout today. Instead I ate French toast, waffles and pizza! If you haven't tried Jupiter Pizza & Waffle Co., you should! Sooo good! 😛

Not one program was affordable, offered meal plans, challenging workouts, meal supplements, and motivation until I found beachbody. Leg day!! Sooo sweaty!! Excited to say I only switched to my lighter weights for 1 round last 15 seconds of the round! 💪🏻🏋🏼 getting stronger everyday!! Fun fact: Gram's study (whoever Gram is 😂) found significant declines in muscle mass after 2 weeks of complete rest. My husband has been out of town a lot lately. Married living the single mom life. No excuses over here!

Day 1 of my challenge group! I had to push myself today. When I reach the point in my workout when I feel like I can't push any harder - Autumn reinforces my goals. As soon as my mind told me I couldn't finish, I pushed through it! When it becomes challenging, I have to remember why I do this and what my goals are.
Starting my week off right! No donuts for me - instead I choose a Chocolate Shakeology! Food is so important to weight loss and muscle gain. What temptations are you struggling with today?

We needed something loaded with veggies this morning! My kids get tired of eating steamed veggies. They love omelets and never ask what's in them. Perfect for hiding veggies to help get all the nutrients we need for the day. I swear I didn't arrange the plate to look like a three eye'd monster 😂🙈
