Founded in 1995, CPA is an award-winning public charter school located in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood on St. Paul’s East Side. Originally formed as a K-5 school serving 150 students, CPA has grown rapidly and currently serves a diverse population of more than 800 students, Pre-K to 12. The vision of CPA is to educate the whole person; mind, body and will; for peace, justice, freedom, compassion, wholeness and fullness of life for all.
