Community Partners is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with behavioral health care needs by raising and granting funds to support the communities of Adams, Lawrence and Scioto Counties. Funds raised by Community Partners help people living with mental illness meet basic needs and lead more enjoyable and comfortable lives. Thanks to our generous donors, Community Partners provides transportation assistance to hundreds of people so they can get to medical appointments and stay in treatment. Each year we help children get ready to go back to school by making sure they have new shoes and school supplies. We provided funds for participants in a vocational program to have the clothes necessary to go to work. Our grants help senior citizens maintain their socialization skills and teenagers build their self-esteem. Through our grants, we strive to promote health and stability in our community.
