Competitive boxing and fitness, is dedicated to improving the lifestyle of our participants through weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and confidence. Classes are taught by highly qualified and experienced trainers. Everyone is welcome to join in our classes and most of all, no experience is necessary. Boxing for Fitness Classes: ******************* Monday 6:00am / 4:00pm (Kids) / 5:30pm / 6:45pm Tuesday 9:00am / 5:30pm Wednesday 6:00am / 4:00pm (Kids) / 5:30pm / 6:45pm Thursday 9:00am / 5:30pm Friday 6:00am / 4:30pm (Kids) / 5:30pm Saturday 9:00am Technique Boxing Sessions: ****************** Want to learn the art of boxing, join in on our 1 hour technique boxing classes taken by our professional boxer Albert Howell. Learn how to move like a boxer, punch like a boxer and what it takes to become a boxer. All levels catered for. Tuesday & Thursday - 6:45pm Competitive Boxers Training: ****************** Training for Competition is under the watchful eye of Head Coach Kerry Watson, with over 10+ years experience in boxing Kerry is leading our team strong with all aspects of training for assist in the success of all apart of our team. Monday to Thursday - 4:30pm onwards One on One personal training is available to all, this will cover any aspect of training you wish to improve in.
