My Story: All my life I have been blessed with a wonderful and large family. I’m very close with all of my extended family and know how lucky I am to have all of them in my life. Unfortunately over the years I have lost several of them to cancer. Not only was in emotionally draining for the entire family, financially it was extremely devastating. So in 2004 when my close friend and Family Heritage agent Kia asked us to look at a cancer policy that pays you directly if you had to battle cancer and refunded you if you didn’t, we sat right down. It was a No brainer because at the time my Uncle John (Dad’s brother) was in his 5th year of battling colon cancer. So I signed up and so did my parents.
