Established in 1994 by Registered Landscape Architect, Jim Baldovin and founded on the principle that design should be driven by purpose, CDPC seeks to create functional outdoor spaces with cohesive aesthetics that enable the people who use them to connect with their environment. Simply stated, we are Landscape Architects, whether we are creating an urban plaza or sustainable park, our design philosophy and approach is the same; to gain a deep-rooted understanding of our clients’ needs, and to learn the unique environmental, cultural, and site-specific characteristics of all projects, large and small. This in turn gives us the ability to provide the most innovative and appropriate design solutions possible. It’s what also allows each project to be successfully implemented in a cost-effective, efficient manner that stays within an established time schedule and budget.
