Description

Our off-site shredding service is secure and safe. We transport your confidential documents in secure vehicles, with uniformed staff carrying photographic identification. All confidential documents are transported to our high security receiving unit for destruction. Our unit is ultra-safe with full time CCTV monitoring, alarm system and high security doors with keypad restricted entry. We employ the most up-to-date machinery with state of the art shredding equipment, with CCTV in operation throughout the premises. Once the destruction process is complete we provide our customers with a Certificate of Destruction. This conforms with compliance under the Data Protection Act 1998. Our Services include: SECURITY SACKS AND TAGS Heavy duty polypropylene security sacks supplied with sequentially numbered seals. After use our sacks and seals are recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. WHEELED SECURITY CONTAINER 140ltr and 240ltr wheeled security container. These containers are designed with special features to provide easy collection of sensitive documents in the work place. The interlocking security system secures the lid to the container to prevent tampering, or removal of records. The reinforced lid has a paper slot deflector to maintain a clean and organized collection of documents without having to open the lid. The containers can be supplied in a variety of colours to blend easily with office décor. No sack or liner is required for ease of emptying. EXECUTIVE CONSOLES Melamine finish that matches any office décor, the console has a convenient front-loading drop slot to accept any confidential documents. The sturdy console surface can support office equipment, such as printer, fax machine. The console holds a reinforced Polypropylene console sack attached to the inner edge.
