The process of therapy can be a powerful and a life changing soulful experience. As part of the human condition we seek balance, like a seesaw, from the head to the heart healing through self-awareness, and personal growth. As part of the human experience we are all capable of conscious growth and seek support through connection. Whether this experience is emotional, spiritual or physical pain, surviving trauma or stressful events, broken relationships or addiction, there are gifts that can be discovered through the challenge. Exploration of the unconscious self may inspire, transform, generate, and insight toward a conscious and whole hearted life. I have great compassion for those that want to make changes in their life and honor the strength, vulnerability, and courage it takes to not only survive, but to thrive with a greater emotional connection and solid sense of authentic self. My style is to fully understand ones journey of change and to work uniquely with each individual to best understand their needs.
