Education Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Orange County has 5 full-time educators who are certified through the National Foundation of Credit Counseling (NFCC). We offer workshops in English, Spanish and Vietnamese to youth and adults. With 33 topics, we are sure to have a workshop that fits your needs. In addition to community workshops, we also will come out to private organizations and corporations who request them. Counseling All of our counselors are NFCC certified and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved. Over half of all counseling sessions are done in person, while giving another 21% the flexibility of online sessions, and the rest conducted via telephone. Counselors are available to discuss budgeting and financial counseling, debt management planning, foreclosure prevention, pre-purchase homebuyer counseling, loan document review counseling, rental counseling, reverse mortgage counseling, and pre-filing bankruptcy counseling.
