Welcome to Craftly! We specialise in making reward charts for children. However, if you need any custom plaques or ideas working on - we are more than happy to help. We take pride in the work we do as our designs are originally made and adapted from our own brains. We design, paint and add the glittery finishing touches all by ourselves (no funky technology!) Craftly's Terms and Conditions Refunds We want you to be delighted with your handmade items from Craftly, therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms: * You must contact Craftly within 7 days of receipt of the goods via e-mail * All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt * The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by Craftly * All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk, therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items * All exchanges and refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Safety No item we sell is meant as a children's TOY. Any child under 5 are not advised to use any product made by Craftly without the supervision of an adult. This is due to some of the small items which may be swallowed. All items are from a smoke and pet free home. Ordering On making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page. Craftly accepts debit and credit cards, Paypal and bank transfer. We also accept postal cheque, however your product is dispatched when it has cleared with our bank account. The handmade items you receive will be made from the same design and products as in the referred picture (unless we have discussed a custom design together.) However, these may slightly vary in detail, colour and position. My items are all handmade, enjoy the fact that these are unique to you. The colours in my photographs are as accurate as possible, but these may vary slightly on different computer monitors. All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling.
