We're letting our customers know the shop will be closed Thursday the 15th through Monday the 19th and will open back up on Tuesday the 20th! Just a reminder: Crawfords Auto Repair will no longer approve or assemble parts to a vehicle that have been purchased by the client. With that being said, weve had too many clients buy their own parts and they have been none functional which causes more issues and unnecessary extra work and time. Sorry for any inconvenience but we feel its better you purchase the parts with a warranty with us for your safety and benefit. Thanks Have a blessed day folks! Please understand this is for the clients/customers benefit. An example would be that if a customer brought in an auto part they purchased by themselves and it doesn't work the customer will have to pay for the labor of putting in another part that is functional. Alot of people dont understand that but just as I stated before it takes extra work and time. So in order to be safe and save time/labor for the mechanic and money for the customer thats how it has to be. No exceptions. Thanks
