Mixed Martial Art training in Carlisle for adults. An ego and meat head free environment where you will develop the skills and confidence to live life to the full. No previous martial art experience needed. You don't need to be fit. You don't need anything to get started. Just the desire to learn, have fun and challenge yourself. Learn how to confidently defend yourself, get in awesome shape, and discover your true inner strength. We offer both a stand up program which is mixed martial arts based heavily on boxing, as well as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We would love to see you on the mat. Come in and try it out!
