Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In this age of society, it has become a fast-paced enviroment of which we tend to overlook the importance of taking the time for breakfast. We eat on the go- or eat what we shouldn't such as a substituted fruit bar. Eggs are very easy and quick to make. They are full of protein to give us the balance we need. To enhance the flavor and filling of an egg recipe- just add fresh spinach, your favorite spices and veggies. You can whip them up in a few minutes! Take at least 20 minutes of your morning to sit and enjoy breakfast. Don't have the time, well try fresh fruit with yogurt instead. You will be glad you did throughout the day as you feel energized and healthy! Coffee does not constitute as breakfast. ;-)
